UCLan Cyprus and GrantXpert Consulting, as leading partners of the EU-funded project SPRING, are organising the project's Final Dissemination Event along with the Family Enterprise Innovation Awards Ceremony on Thursday the 18th of November 2021.

 

SPRING has designed an integrated training and mentoring scheme to support family firms as they plan for parallel growth and succession across generations achieving international competitive advantage, through the adoption of innovative and sustainable practices. The project's final results and outputs will be presented at the event and a very useful discussion will take place with key experts in the field of family business. In addition, family businesses nominated for awards will present their innovation strategies in terms of developing new products/services and/or innovative processes in their effort to develop winning business models, build strategic alliances and adopt governance structures and succession planning schemes. The Jury consisting of renowned entrepreneurs and academics will select the award winners.

The SPRING consortium invites family business entrepreneurs and stakeholders with an interest in the trans-generational success of owner-managed family businesses to join the Closing Ceremony. The event will be held in person at the premises of UCLan Cyprus at 18:00 to 20:00 (local time) and it will also be broadcasted live through the project's facebook page.
