Lessons on Succession and Regeneration of Family Businesses in Europe for a sustainable growth

As part of the project, William Battle Ltd. and Kedia International Ltd., leading partners of the SPRING consortium, are organising an online event intended to explore the challenges and share practical learnings on succession and regeneration of family businesses in Europe towards a sustainable growth, unveiling the outputs of this 3-year EU funded project, SPRING.

Guest speaker of the event will be Mr. Peter Jenner!


Peter is an Alumnus of the American Government’s prestigious International Visitors Leadership Program awarded for his work in developing Sustainable solutions for business.  Former Alumni include Prime Ministers Tony Blair and Margaret Thatcher.  


He is a Chartered Engineer with a Masters in Control Systems Engineering and early AI. He has devoted his professional life to the development of practical business transformation change programmes.  He has written four UK Government Guides for Business including Cutting Costs and Boosting Productivity and Profits through reducing Waste, Engaging the Workforce for Product and Service Innovation and Environmental Supply Chain Partnering for profit. He has led and co-delivered major research and development programmes with most of the Universities based in Wales, winning more than £5m R&D investment to develop guides and programmes on topics such as:

  • Valuing Diversity for Innovation

  • Procurement for Capacity Building in the Supply Chain

  • Service innovation through engaging the entire workforce

  • Product innovation joint with the Patent Office

 

The TRANSFER© Succession Planning and Management Programme was the result of 3 years R&D in partnership with Swansea University European Business School and have been refined in practice EU wide over the last ten years.
He says he continues wear an “L” plate since he is always still learning!
